These are my expenses for my 2012 Summer Boracay trip. Note that the cost of the hotel that we stayed in has a discount and it is divided by 5 pax. The food and drinks are significantly low because everyday we ate free brunch c/o the hotel (carbo loading so it's cheaper haha) and drinks are sometimes divided by the whole group or free treat from a friend hahaha!
They say it's so expensive to go to Boracay during its highest peak season, true! But, you can always control your expenses based on the activities you plan to do there and as I always say, wait for a hotel and airfare promo because it can significantly cut your expenses. BTW, going to Boracay via Kalibo is most of the time cheaper than Caticlan but the Kalibo route may be a hassle to some since you need to travel for an additional 2 hours before you get to Boracay Island proper. But for me, if you have the luxury of time, then the Kalibo route is recommended just because it's cheaper.
